Making a Referral
Students are referred to SESPP from a variety of sources, as anyone can make a student referral. Our most frequent referral sources are:
- Department of Children and Families (DCF)
- School Districts
- Department of Youth Services (DYS)
For initial program referrals, an official referral form must be completed for each individual student. Referral are distributed to a case coordinator. The case coordinator will then determine whether a student is eligible for an SESP by contacting the student's DCF social worker and then contacting additional providers to gather information as necessary.
Referrals are accepted via email contactus@sespprogram.org, mail (PO Box 1184, Westborough, MA 01581), or fax (508.616.0318).
The SESP Program welcomes questions, comments, and feedback from our collateral organizations, including all school districts, state agencies, and service providers. Please feel free to call or e-mail at any time.
